- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I am rating this store 2 stars because I know that the other locations offer great customer service and well stocked. However, the store located in Chester had a "I will be back in 5 minutes" note on the door when I arrived. 5 minutes ended up being more like 20 minutes.
